What have you learned from your audience feedback?

In order to get an idea of what my audience looked for in a music video, I created a questionnaire and asked people to fill it out. It was important to do this as it allowed me to understand what was likely to be best suited for my audience and song. It also helped give me idea’s of what I could use in my video, as people often seemed to want the same thing.

I gave my questionnaire to 25 people. This is the feedback I got from it that helped me to get a better understanding of the audience. This also helped me to get ideas for what I wanted to do with my video for the song that I had chosen.

When I was finished I posted my video on Youtube and put the link on Facebook to get people’s reactions to it. They all seemed to be very positive, but also had some constructive criticism to give me which I have reacted to and edited on my video. for example, one of the comments said that the syncing was a little out, so I went back on it and changed that; tightening everything up to that it looked better and more professional.

The comments posted on my Youtube video
I have also posted my Digipack and Magazine advert on Facebook, in order to get people’s opinions on it.
I posted my Digipack images on Facebook.
