Looking at Location

These are a few pictures I took of possible location ideas for the narrative part of my video. These are only initial ideas and may not be what I will be using for the final thing.

My bed headboard. Likely to be used at the beginning of the story for the first few shots. I will use it because of the heart shape it has, using it to signify the brokenheartedness that she feels.

Another picture of the headboard a bit further out. This is more likely to be the type of shot used.

I would like to be able to use a shot like this as the sun is in a brilliant position to create a beautiful silhouette.

I might use this though it’s not likely as it looks a bit industrial. I want to create a sense of isolation that this shot doesn't really portray.

Having the girl curled up on this bench would be a nice shot. She could perhaps be lying on it, trying to drive away her pain by ignoring it.

I liked the idea that she could perhaps be sat on this bit of tree at some point, or wistfully running her hands along the branches and such. This would either look effective or stupid, but I hope it would be the former.

I like the idea of a path through a forest as it portrays the loneliness and isolation of the tree's and combines it with the idea of a journey.

More ideas of loneliness. I haven't decided whether I prefer the idea of the isolation on a public footpath or in the more wooded areas, though I'm leaning towards the footpath as it could show that though she is on a road many people take, she is still all alone.
